Glossary

Action Point

You need Action Points to Draw Cards or Research Construction plans. Action Points can also be part of the casting cost for cards. Each player is granted one Action Point per turn, but there are other ways to gain more Action Points.

Artefact

Ascended

Ascended Residents are deceased and the player will no longer gain Faith from those Residents.

Believe

Each Resident has a maximum of 100 points of Believe to divide over different Religions. For each point of Believe a Resident has in your Religion, you will get 1 point of Faith per turn in return, until the Resident Ascends. If a Resident has the full 100 points of Believe in one single Religion the Resident becomes Devout for that Religion and will grant 125 points of Faith per turn to that Religion.

Booster

A Booster is a package of Cards which can be bought for Gold or Faith points. There are different Expansions with different sets of Cards. Each Booster contains a certain number of Cards divided by type.

Buildings

Casting cost

The cost, in resources, which need to be available and paid in order for the player to play a card from their Deck. If a player does not have sufficient resources to play a card, they can keep it in their Deck until enough resources become available or Discard the card.

Warehouse

Each player has a Warehouse in every city where their local Resources are stored. Cards which require Resources other than Gold, Action Points or Faith can only be played if their are enough Resources available in the Prophets current location's Warehouse.
